DESIGNER'S NOTES This classic silver plated bangle featuring an element from a celtic style pattern featuring a bird. The phoenix is a mythological bird symbolising renewal, immortality, and cyclical transformation. Originating in Egyptian and later Greco-Roman mythology, it is said to burst into flames at the end of its life and rise reborn from its ashes. In art and literature, the phoenix often embodies resilience, hope, and the triumph of life over death. Medieval Christian iconography adopted it as an allegory for resurrection and spiritual renewal. Depictions vary from fiery plumage to golden feathers, sometimes encircled by flames.
