DESIGNER'S NOTES An autumnal Fox & Chave crêpe de Chine silk scarf in shades of brown created from a combination of floral patterns from the catalogue of William Morris (1834-1896) The scarf's end pattern reworks Morris's 1883 design Wey , a classic example of his cotton block-printed style, while the central section adapts his earlier 1876 Honeysuckle motif, with the two areas divided by an improvised border drawn from Morris's characteristic floral elements.
